The hosting panel is what each customer sees: the Hosting Panel side of AIOhPanel, in the Orbit look. A customer manages their own files, mail, databases, domains and security here, and nothing else on the server.

Signing in

Open https://<hostname>:2083/ (port 2082 redirects to it), or /hosting/ on a demo host. Type the user name or the domain and the password. Three kinds of user can sign in: the account owner, a team user created under Preferences → User Manager, and a person coming from the Host Manager with List Accounts → Hosting Panel, who sees a blue line You are signed in as ... from the Host Manager. A suspended account cannot sign in. Wrong passwords count toward the brute force protection.

After sign-in the address carries /apsess and 32 characters. It is the security token; a link without it, once required in Tweak Settings, is refused.

The layout

• Left rail (thin, dark): shortcuts to Tools, WordPress, Files, Email, and Logout.
• Top bar: the brand, the tool search (press / and type: the tiles filter as you type), the notification bell, and the user menu with Password & Security, Change Language, Change Style, Contact Information, User Manager, Reset Page Settings and Logout.
• Tool groups: cards of tools in two, three or four columns, each group foldable.
• Right column on the Home page:
  • General Information: current user, primary domain, shared IP address, home directory, last login IP address, theme and package.
  • Statistics: bars for addon domains, aliases, autoresponders, bandwidth, disk usage, e-mail accounts, filters, lists, FTP accounts, MySQL databases and subdomains, each against the package limit. Resource Usage opens the detailed page.
• Every other page has a path line (Home › Files › File Manager) and a title with the tool's icon.

The panel news set by the host shows on top and can be dismissed. A customer who must change the password sees a yellow banner until they do.

The tool groups

Plugins add tools to these groups, for example Cloudflare under Domains and Terminal under Advanced.

What the host controls

Which tools a customer sees depends on the account's feature list. A tool that is not in the list is hidden from the page and from search, and its address answers This feature is not included in your hosting package. The numbers of mailboxes, databases and domains come from the package. The theme is chosen by the customer under Preferences → Change Style, or forced by the host in the package. A demo mode account lets the customer look around, but every change is refused with This account is in demo mode: changes are not saved.

Preferences

• Password & Security changes the password and starts two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app. See Security, software and advanced tools.
• Change Language switches between English and Bengali. See Languages.
• Change Style picks the theme: Orbit, or Midnight when its addon is on the licence. See Midnight theme.
• Contact Information holds the e-mail where the host and the panel send notices.
• User Manager creates team users who sign in with their e-mail address.
