The Host Manager
Signing in on 2087, the top bar, the left menu with search, the Home page, all 31 menu groups at a glance, what a reseller sees, and a first-day list.
The Host Manager is the server owner's side of AIOhPanel, the admin side of the server. Root and resellers sign in here to create accounts, set up DNS and mail, watch the services, run backups and install plugins. This chapter is a tour of the screen and of every menu group.
Signing in
Open https://<hostname>:2087/ (or /manager/ on a demo host). Type the user name and password. Root is root; a reseller uses the name of the account that was made a reseller. After five wrong sign-ins from one address the address is blocked for 15 minutes, which is the brute force protection in the Security Center. If two-factor authentication is on for the user, a code from the authenticator app is asked next.
Once signed in, every address carries a security token, /apsess followed by 32 characters. A link with the wrong token answers 403.
The layout
- Top bar (dark): the brand Host Manager and the panel version, the server hostname, the load average, the server clock in UTC, and a warning in orange when the licence is not in order. On the right: Support, the notification bell and your user menu with Two-Factor Authentication, Change Password, API Tokens, Preferences, the language choices, a link to the hosting panel and Logout.
- Left menu (dark): every group, folded or open. The search box at the top filters all functions as you type. Press
/anywhere to jump into it. Click a group title to fold it. - Work area (light): the page you opened, with its title, a short note and the forms or tables.
On a phone the burger button in the top bar opens and closes the menu.
The Home page
The Home page opens with five boxes: Accounts (how many, how many suspended, and what the licence allows), Load average, Memory and Disk / with bars, and a Server card with the hostname, operating system, uptime, panel version and driver, licence state and when the cron last ran. A red never ran beside Cron means the cron is not set up; the link leads to the Service Manager.
Below come new Notifications (a service found down, a backup that failed), the Panel News text, and then every menu group as a card of icon tiles. Collapse all folds them. The same search box filters the tiles. The tile layout can be a grid or a plain list, chosen in the theme options. See Plugins and themes.

What resellers see
A reseller gets a reduced menu: Account Information, Account Functions, Multi-Account Functions, Packages, DNS Functions, SSL/TLS, Support, Server Status, Email, Hosting Panel, Development and the non-root parts of Security Center. Pages marked root-only are hidden, and every list shows only the reseller's own accounts. The Resellers group sets the limits. See Accounts, packages and resellers.
Keep a first-day list
- Licence page: key active.
- Basic Host Manager Setup: contact e-mail, nameservers, shared IP.
- Tweak Settings and Security Center: brute force protection on, password strength 50 or more.
- Backup Configuration: scheduled backups on.
- Security Advisor: run it and fix the red lines.
- Add a package, then your first account.
